A Los Angeles law firm built for serious matters

Armen founded Ardina Law in 2025 to handle immigration, complex litigation, class actions, and high-stakes disputes with the discipline those matters demand — and without the delay and expense clients have come to expect.

Before founding the firm, he spent eight years in consumer, automotive, and class action litigation, reviewing and building strategy for thousands of cases involving vehicle defects, automotive fraud, and finance fraud against major manufacturers and financial institutions. That work meant drafting complaints, motions, and demurrers, and arguing them in court.

He is also a Settlement Officer for the Los Angeles Superior Court, where he presides over court-ordered settlement conferences and mediates disputes from the straightforward to the highly complex — experience that shapes how he values a case and when he advises a client to settle or to fight.

A USC-trained MBA who went on to earn his law degree, Armen has spent his career at the intersection of law, business, and technology. He lectures at Columbia Law School, USC, the American University of Armenia, and TUMO, and has presented at the United Nations and international conferences. Outside the office he is an avid cyclist, a street photographer, and a mentor to people entering law and technology.
