    AI Disclosure

Plain language about what our AI does, what it doesn't do, and who is actually responsible for your legal work.

Placeholder note: This page should be reviewed by counsel before launch.

    1.

Ardina Law uses AI to generate document drafts.

When you chat with Ardina Law, an AI model produces a first draft of your document based on the information you provide and on Ardina Law's curated library of vetted sample documents.
    2.

AI can and does make mistakes.

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or wrong in ways that are not obvious. You should never sign, file, or rely on an AI draft as if it were a finished legal document.
    3.

An AI draft is not a final document and not legal advice.

An unreviewed AI draft is a working document. It is not a legal opinion, not legal advice, and not a recommendation to take any specific action.
    4.

Every document is reviewed and signed off by a licensed attorney before delivery.

No document is delivered to you until a licensed attorney has reviewed it, corrected it where needed, and signed off on it. This is the entire point of Ardina Law.
    5.

Your attorney-client relationship is with the reviewing attorney — not with Ardina Law.

Ardina Law is a legal-technology company. The attorney-client relationship is formed with the licensed attorney who reviews and signs off on your matter, not with Ardina Law itself.
    6.

    Who that reviewing attorney is.

The reviewing attorney of record for matters handled through Ardina Law is Armen Margarian, Esq., a licensed California attorney of Ardina Law.

    7.

    No guarantee of outcome.

Even attorney-reviewed work cannot guarantee any specific legal, immigration, or business outcome. Laws, agency policies, and individual facts vary.

    Our promise, in one line

AI drafts the document. A licensed attorney reviews and signs off on every one. You always know who that attorney is.
